We provide kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, decks and patios, flooring, home repair, and related services. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding contract or guarantee of service availability, pricing, or timelines unless confirmed in a separate written agreement signed by an authorized representative of Superior Design Services.

2. SMS & MMS Communications

By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on any form on our website, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages and MMS picture messages from Superior Design Services regarding your inquiry, estimate requests, appointment reminders, project updates, and related communications.

Superior Design Services uses SMS and MMS (picture) messaging to communicate with customers and prospective customers regarding home remodeling inquiries, free estimate scheduling, project updates, project photos, and customer service matters. Messages are sent via a 10-digit long code (10DLC) registered with major U.S. carriers in compliance with CTIA guidelines and carrier requirements.

Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us. You may still receive a free estimate or engage our services without consenting to SMS communications.

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. You may receive messages in response to inquiries, to schedule or confirm appointments, or to provide project-related updates. We do not send bulk promotional SMS blasts.

2.4 Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any charges assessed by your mobile carrier for sending or receiving SMS messages.

2.5 Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent to your number. To re-subscribe, reply START.
