The office and management staff we dealt with were positive and helpful. The workmen, who were in our home for eight days, were absolutely great: skilled, hard-working, cooperative. They were just a joy to deal with. It was a very dusty project, but they were very careful and thoroughly cleaned up everything afterward.

After heavy winds damaged my storm door that Superior Design Services had installed 2.5 years prior, I called them right away to check if it was compromised or simply needed to be reattached. Sending photos of the damage was easy, and within two days, Michael came out to my house and was able to verify the door was not damaged and reattach it to the wall at no cost.
